1. General provisions

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the conditions for the purchase of pallets via the online shop NUMOPACK GmbH, registered at Normannenweg 16-18, 20537 Hamburg.

1.2. By placing an order via our website NUMOPACK.DE, the customer declares that he accepts these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Subject matter of the contract

2.1. The Seller offers the Buyer the purchase of new and used pallets (EPAL and other types) with the possibility of payment via online payment services.

2.2. Available payment methods: Stripe

2.3. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the Seller confirms the Buyer's order by email.

3. Terms of payment

3.1. Payment is made in euros (€). All prices on the website are exclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT).

3.2. The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within 3 working days.

3.3. After successful payment, the customer will receive an invoice by email.

4. Delivery and shipping

4.1. The pallets will be delivered within Germany to the address specified by the buyer.

4.2 Shipping costs will be calculated separately and displayed to the buyer before completing the order.

4.3. Delivery times are generally [7 days/1 week], depending on availability and shipping provider.

5. Return and refund

5.1 Returns are only possible for unused pallets and must be requested within [14 days] of receipt.

5.2. In case of a return, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.

5.3 Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

6. Data protection

6.1. The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

7. Liability

7.1 The Seller shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by the shipping service provider.

7.2. The Seller shall not be liable for any errors in the use of online payment services unless such errors were caused by the Seller.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

8.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the Website and will apply to orders placed after publication.
